Mubasher: Oil prices slightly rose on Tuesday, supported by another disruption in Libyan output.
Uncertainty remains regarding the production policies despite the recent OPEC agreement, with negative expectations of slowdown in global energy demand.
Nymex futures for January delivery rose by 1.3%, to settle at $51.65 a barrel.
Meanwhile, Brent crude added 0.4% to reach $60.20 per barrel.
